Wise Women

I am blessed, it’s true!
with Wise Women,
in my life like you!

When I was younger,
I thought wise meant smart.
But smart does not get you,
through life tough parts.

Wise Women like you,
learn from life,
and are willing to share.
The lines etched on our bodies
and souls,
reflect what we have dared.

We wise women, on this journey together,
will continue to care,
to be there for each other,
sharing our friendship and wisdom and
showing other women, what wise women dare.
